Job Description

Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of satellites in low Earth orbit, bringing fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities worldwide.

Requirements

• ARM A, M series or ARC processor emulator experience
• Knowledge of networking protocols and applications, including TCP/IP
• Embedded software testing tool development
• Expertise with Linux and RTOS
• Experience in protocol standards such as IPv4, IPv6, Mobile IP, LTE, 802.16e, 802.11b/g/n/ac
• Strong theoretical background in Wireless Networks
• Experience with systems integration and testing methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Distributed Cloud-based Services and APIs
• Build systems using the latest AWS technologies
• Develop tools for continuous integration and release system
• Design and Implement embedded modeling and simulation for broadband access technologies
• Write high-quality Linux based software for common processors and microcontrollers
• Evangelize engineering excellence best practices and mentor junior engineers
