Senior Security Engineer, AGI Security

Job Description

The Amazon Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) organization is seeking a Security Engineer to ensure the highest security standards for AGI large language models and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information security, or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in security engineering
• Experience with Large Language Model (LLM) security including attack techniques and mitigation methods for LLMs
• 3+ years of programming in Python, Java, C++ or similar language experience

Responsibilities

• Perform threat modeling and ensure adequate security controls for AGI models, applications, and infrastructure
• Influence builders to enhance security practices and develop scalable mechanisms
• Create and maintain security documentation including design patterns and implementation guides
• Simulate Generative AI adversarial attacks and contribute to security automation tooling
• Identify and implement mitigations for vulnerabilities and collaborate with product and engineering teams
• Mentor builders aspiring to become security advocates & engineers
