Job Description

Seeking motivated software development engineers to join the Promotions Discovery team at Amazon in Seattle, WA. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape customer experiences and drive technical excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to shape the growth of engineers
• Drive development of superior customer experiences with focus on latency, security, and usability metrics
• Architect technical solutions in partnership with Product Managers and Designers
• Establish engineering best practices and lead by example through own development work
