ADC Engineer II, PEET ADC

Job Description

The PEET US ADC Periphery team is hiring an Amazon Dedicated Cloud (ADC) Engineer II to support development in ADC regions across a variety of AWS services including AWS Internet of Things (IoT), and AWS Wickr. This is an exciting opportunity to use the latest cloud computing technologies to help U.S. Government agencies implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve technical problems.

Requirements

• Associate's degree, or Cloud+ or GICSP (Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional) or GSEC (GIAC Security Essentials) or SSCP (Systems Security Certified Practitioner)
• 3+ years of systems administration experience (Linux/Windows)
• 1+ years experience working with scripting languages
• 3+ years of networking experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, monitor, and automate infrastructure, tools, and systems to provide a highly-available and resilient platform for customers' and team's workloads
• Implement innovative cloud computing solutions and solve complex technical problems
• Support the development of AWS services for U.S. Government agencies
• Build and operate some of the largest and most complex distributed systems in the world
