Satellite GNC Engineer, Project Kuiper

Job Description

Join the Project Kuiper team at Amazon to work on the design and development of a low Earth orbit satellite broadband network.

Requirements

• PhD, or Master's degree and 4+ years of quantitative field research experience
• Experience investigating the feasibility of applying scientific principles and concepts to business problems and products
• Experience analyzing both experimental and observational data sets

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze algorithms for estimation, flight control, and precise pointing using linear methods and simulation
• Develop and apply models and simulations of the satellite and constellation
• Support component level testing, subsystem integration, and satellite integration up to mission rehearsal
