Production Test Engineer I, Propulsion

Job Description

The Production Test Engineer position at Project Kuiper involves coordinating, maintaining, and improving testing hardware and software capabilities for a variety of propulsion subsystems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years experience developing or optimizing manufacturing or test processes
• 1+ years experience investigating and resolving hardware and test failures
• 1+ years experience working within a space flight production environment

Responsibilities

• Support weekend operations for testing propulsion subsystems
• Resolve test failures and flight hardware non-conformances
• Improve test automation and data analysis
• Train operators in executing testing processes
