Design and innovate world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems globally, focusing on automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field OR 2+ years Amazon experience
• 2+ years in Design/Innovation, Research & Development, Manufacturing/Process/Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Management of engineering design projects
• Ability to travel 25% globally
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or related field for preferred qualifications
• Experience with automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and robotics
• Proficiency in business/technical software and project management
• MOST certification and Certified Professional Ergonomist

Responsibilities

• Own the design of fulfillment and logistics systems globally
• Innovate with automated material handling equipment and robotics
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for solutions
• Manage multiple high visibility projects
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects
• Lead ergonomic design improvements
• Develop standard work documentation
