Job Description

The Software Development Engineer position at Generalized AI Enhanced Natural and Intuitive Experiences (GENIE) focuses on building and improving AI systems to offer personalized suggestions and facilitate intelligent conversations to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Improve Large Language Model performance for predicting user needs
• Build experimentation framework for testing different configurations
• Collaborate with team members on design approaches and prototyping
• Deliver high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment
