Job Description

Amazon Robotics is seeking a Sr. Process Engineer to participate in the development of strategic projects for the Robotics manufacturing business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of GMP
• Experience with Project Management tools
• Experience in New Product Introduction environment
• Experienced CAD user with capabilities in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
• Experience using industry Problem Solving Tools
• Experience using Quality & Statistical tools
• Experience in written and verbal business communications

Responsibilities

• Support and foster a culture of inclusion
• Optimize processes for sustaining processes
• Create optimized manufacturing and test processes for New Product Introduction
• Implement technology and tool improvements for Safety, Quality, and Cost targets
• Perform critical process reviews including Risk and Hazard assessments
• Development and Validation of processes specific to NPI programs
• Write business and operational planning documents for capital equipment and plant infrastructure
• Ability to travel (~10%) to support projects
