Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to work on next-gen AI agents in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 Copilot, focusing on frontline customers in various industries like Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Travel, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in various languages
• Experience designing and architecting distributed systems & shipping highly scalable, available and reliable production software
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues

Responsibilities

• Partners with stakeholders to determine user requirements for scenarios
• Leads development of design documents for products, applications, services, or platforms
• Mentors others to produce maintainable code used across products
