Software Engineer

Job Description

The Azure Customer Experience Platform (CXP) team is seeking a Software Engineer I who is passionate about online services, cloud computing, and user experience to help transform Microsoft Cloud customers into fans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• Experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Proficiency in computer science concepts including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Experience in object-oriented programming
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Create and implement extensible code for products, services, or features
• Determine user requirements for features
• Translate ideas from research and design into production-grade systems
• Monitor system/product feature/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions and recommend actions to restore them
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team's processes, practices, and culture
• Learn and adopt new technologies and frameworks as needed
