Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a Critical Environment Electrical Engineer to play a key role in delivering core infrastructure and foundational technologies for its online services.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) technical engineering experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience OR equivalent experience
• 1+ years of Critical Environment experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Learn, grow, and develop new skills
• Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center activities
• Test and validate installation, operation, and performance of electrical systems
• Support 24x7x365 on-site data center operations and electrical infrastructure
• Act as the technical authority for on-site operations related to a large-scale mission-critical electrical system
• Establish and coordinate maintenance and safety procedures for electrical infrastructures
