Job Description

Join the Modern Windows Validation team within the Windows Servicing and Delivery (WSD) organization at Microsoft to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Windows through intelligent validation infrastructure and AI integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or similar LLM-based platforms
• Hands-on experience with Windows operating system internals
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native applications on Azure
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable solutions using OpenAI APIs and AI agents for system intelligence and automation
• Build and maintain validation infrastructure to ensure quality, reliability, and performance of services and platforms
• Develop and optimize modern applications on Azure using microservices, containers, and serverless technologies
• Contribute to identifying dependencies and developing design documents for product areas
• Write extensible and maintainable code, following coding patterns and best practices
• Create and implement plans for testing and assuring quality of solutions, including test-driven development and CI/CD pipelines
• Integrate instrumentation for gathering telemetry data on system behavior and create outputs such as notifications or dashboards
