Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Microsoft is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join the New Technology Engineering team responsible for leading the engineering, validation, and production readiness for new cloud service capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years’ experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 2+ years’ experience in creating, managing, or optimizing a software product lifecycle or manufacturing system
• 2+ years' experience in using data analytics for continuous improvement and risk management

Responsibilities

• Manage the introduction of new cloud services, hardware platforms, and the tools/processes for deploying next-generation cloud infrastructure capabilities
• Analyze data to identify, prototype, and implement technical and process improvements to increase predictability, agility, and quality of capacity deployment systems
• Drive improvements in Time-to-Market (TTM) for new cloud services
• Provide technical and program leadership, manage project schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure smooth processes
