Senior Product Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager in Microsoft Teams, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering on the product plan and strategy to drive growth and enhance collaboration experiences for millions of users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer success, and understanding of enterprise customer needs

Responsibilities

• Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas
• Identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners for support
• Define feature sets, facilitate usability reviews, and own roadmaps for feature areas
• Collaborate with partner teams to build configurations, drive scenario walkthroughs, and scale product-led growth
• Promote feature areas, present at events, collect performance metrics, and identify features to enhance
