Technical Program Manager

Job Description

The GWS Technology team at Microsoft is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive large-scale technology and infrastructure transformation projects as part of the company's Digital Transformational strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Additional qualifications: 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Apply advanced analytics and principles of functional and technical architecture to define appropriate solutions and strategy
• Participate in and inform GWS Technology annual strategy, vision, and roadmap
• Drive partnerships, alignment, innovation, and compliance across GWS, product groups, IT, and external partners
• Communicate program status and risk to stakeholders, establish objectives and success criteria, and facilitate experiments and prototypes
• Generate awareness of available solutions, capture data, identify risks, and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards
