Software Engineer

Job Description

The Software Engineer position in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Experience Applications team involves designing and implementing Dynamics 365 applications to meet business needs using cutting-edge technologies and collaborating closely with partners and customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• Experience coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with customer success, zero trust security, and compliance
• Proficient coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop highly usable and scalable new application capabilities
• Enhance existing capabilities to meet customer needs
• Develop and debug product/test code using C#, Service Fabric Microservices, and Power Platform
• Troubleshoot live site issues
• Ensure high reliability of applications and services through monitoring and alerting
• Collaborate closely with Program Managers and other Software Engineers
