Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• Experience in coding and design, specifically in the development of AI models for scaled production services
• Experience working with rich telemetry, making data-driven decisions, rapid experimentation
• Experience building software with scale, performance, efficiency, and reliability
• Ability to meet security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Develop cutting-edge visual creation models and build top-tier visual creation experience in M365 Copilot
• Collaborate closely with teams across the company to drive innovation in AI first Creation experiences
• Work on every detail of design and implementation of the product, from new features to long-range infrastructure investments
• Develop algorithms and techniques leveraging text and images for analyzing and transforming content to build solutions
