Job Description

Looking for a Software Engineering Manager to shape immersive, spatial computing experiences for Mixed Reality and Windows platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in people management.
• Proficiency in game engine technologies such as Unity and UnReal Engine.
• Strong technical foundation in 3D programming and computer graphics.

Responsibilities

• Guides partnership with stakeholders to determine user requirements.
• Leads identification of dependencies and development of design documents.
• Optimizes, debugs, and refactors code for better performance.
• Drives project plans, release plans, and work items.
• Leads product development and scaling to customer requirements.
