Field Operations Program Manager

Job Description

The DCD Construction Americas (AMER) Field Operations Program Manager is responsible for providing critical leadership, ownership, and accountability for the team's deployment and delivery of large-scale, campus and/or regionally based delivery solutions in Phoenix, AZ.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in the relevant fields
• 4+ years of people management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend delivery options based on best practices and trends
• Support the development and implementation of organizational procedures and standards
• Ensure schedule predictability to contracted milestones
• Review and provide feedback on resource procurement and allocation
• Hold team(s) accountable for on-schedule project delivery
• Manage day-to-day coordination for meetings and activities with vendors
• Facilitate collaboration with internal teams
• Review safe worksites and adhere to safety policies
• Establish, review, and communicate risk mitigation goals
