Microsoft Azure is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the technical direction for network services at cloud scale.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience
• Experience in cloud computing or building large scale backend services
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Drive design and architecture of complex systems
• Lead by example in producing high-performance code
• Act as technical lead across multiple teams
