Job Description

Microsoft is looking for a Software Engineer II to work on Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Applications, specifically Omnichannel for Customer Service, with a focus on designing and implementing applications on Azure.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Experience with distributed systems
• Proficient coding, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing new application capabilities for Dynamics 365 products
• Developing and debugging product/test code using C#, Azure, and Power Platform
• Owning quality and devops for code
• Troubleshooting live site issues
• Ensuring high reliability of applications through monitoring and alerting
