Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale network security and isolation initiatives across cloud services.

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
Experience leading multi-disciplinary programs involving network security, cloud architecture, or service isolation
Understanding of networking concepts such as VNet, NSG, firewalls, routing, DNS, and load balancers
Knowledge of cloud security and isolation strategies (e.g., zero trust, segmentation, private endpoints)
Communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of influencing across orgs
Ability to drive alignment and execution across engineering, operations, and leadership teams

Lead strategic programs to improve network security posture, including isolation, segmentation, and perimeter hardening across Microsoft cloud services
Define program vision, strategy, and execution plans in collaboration with security, networking, engineering, and compliance teams
Own the delivery of complex, cross-team initiatives that span multiple divisions
Drive adoption of zero-trust principles, private networking, and service-level isolation patterns
Track and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones
Build and manage program-level dashboards and KPIs, ensuring leadership visibility and data-driven decision-making
