Job Description

Microsoft AI is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Technical Program Manager to drive infrastructure aspects for AI model training and inference operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 1 year of tracking and managing capacity deployment, validation, and benchmarking of GPU allocations for AI inferencing or training

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand, track, and manage datacenter construction timelines
• Hold execution-focused meetings to accelerate GPU delivery timelines
• Collaborate with product team and engineers to drive timelines towards resolutions
• Work with cross-disciplined teams to deliver high-quality products
