Software Engineer II

Job Description

Microsoft Ads Engineering team is seeking a Software Engineer II in Redmond, WA to develop and enhance features empowered by large data and pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages such as C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 2+ years of combination of infrastructure/back-end and UI development experience in Cloud Technology (AWS/Azure/K8S)
• 2+ years of product lifecycle experience from customer requirements to deployment and monitoring

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor high volume, high scale services running on the Cloud based platform
• Build and manage data pipelines processing data driven features and intelligence for Ads business growth
• Drive and build customer-focused features from planning and design through to release and maintenance
• Work with partners, engineers, and program managers within Microsoft to deliver compelling solutions
• Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends and technical solutions to enhance product performance and reliability
