Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a Product Manager II to manage Microsoft Security products for FastTrack within the Product Management discipline.

Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Experience working in the cybersecurity realm.
Experience with Microsoft Defender products (ex: Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Intune) OR comparable products.
Experience developing product/program strategy and roadmap, and driving execution with minimal oversight.

Define the long-term vision and strategy for FastTrack’s Microsoft Security benefit based on a deep understanding of customer needs, market and user research, the competitive landscape, and Microsoft and FastTrack’s business goals and strategy.
Engage with technical, sales, engineering, field and marketing executives to gather input and garner support for FastTrack’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Create epics, features and user stories with a deep understanding of the product architecture to design integrated scenarios.
Measure performance metrics (OKRs and KPIs), monitor and report on progress (e.g., business reviews), and drive productive courses of action to improve product/feature development, iteration, and implementation.
Leverage customer listening systems to develop and share insights on product performance and customer needs.
Deliver results in an environment of ambiguity.
