Senior Growth Product Manager

Job Description

As a Senior Growth Product Manager for Partners supporting Microsoft Pre and Post-Sales efforts, responsible for driving growth opportunities with data and insights to help customers achieve outcomes with AI products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience working with Services Partners – IT, Advisory.
• 2+ years of experience in using analysis tools like (R, Python, Tableau, PowerBI, Excel) to guide business decision making.
• 2+ years of experience analyzing data to identify best practices and performance drivers.
• 2+ years of growth product management experience driving sales/adoption/usage business metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own the holistic experience of the Microsoft Partner persona and identify growth opportunities with data & insights.
• Collaborate across Microsoft to experiment and scale results.
• Work closely with data owners, sales program owners, and product owners.
• Explore internal and external sources of data and insights.
• Work with leadership & persona representatives to explore data fast and be data-driven in pursuit of growth outcomes.
