Join the Microsoft Defender engineering team to build and deliver cloud solutions for cutting-edge cloud security products.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
5+ years of a mix of coding/testing/Integration experience - C#, Python or another equivalent
5+ years of leadership experience managing a team with proven ability to nurture and grow talent/first line managers
5+ years of experience managing highly scalable services
Experience with live site support and on-call models and participate in a 24x7 live site support model as Incident Manager
Active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph
Successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements

Lead, mentor, coach, and grow a team of diverse, talented engineers
Ensure services & systems are highly stable and performant
Lead the engineering team responsible for Microsoft Defender for Endpoint in Sovereign Clouds
Provide technical leadership and nurture a learn-it-all, curious, data-driven culture in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
