Job Description

Join Microsoft Ads team to develop world-class Web UI experience for demand management platform and enable new Ads Product to advertisers in the online advertising industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including JavaScript, Java, React.js, and/or React + TypeScript, C, C++, C#, or Python OR equivalent experience
• Solid CS fundamentals, inclination for architecting at scale
• Excellent technical design, problem solving, and debugging skills
• Proficient in data-driven decision making and ability to build metrics to analyze business impact
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Work closely with PMs, UX designers, and partner teams to design and develop features from concept to release and live operations
• Quality and result-driven in project execution
• Build metrics and monitor the impact of features
• Be open and willing to learn new technology and take on challenges
