Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Description

Microsoft is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive the success of M365 Copilot, Copilot in Teams, and Microsoft Teams by supporting customers leveraging artificial intelligence and collaborative communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• Experience working and driving strategic customers and cross-functional organizations to plan, develop, and deploy advanced cloud and AI solutions
• Experience with envisioning and scenario planning solutions which integrate with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Connectors, and Copilot in Teams
• Experience building intelligent Agents and custom solutions using a hybrid development approach
• Experience debugging and troubleshooting complex, cross-cutting issues across diverse environments and customer implementations

Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers advising on leveraging Teams, M365 Copilot, and extensibility
• Build strong relationships with cross-disciplinary teams from Engineering
• Drive awareness and alignment with internal teams around voice of customer themes
• Support M365 Copilot and Graph Connectors product evolution
• Understand and develop custom solutions and Agents using development tools
• Be the voice of customers, guiding the roadmaps of dependent feature teams
• Drive execution and demonstrate end-to-end ownership of complex projects
• Develop collateral for Rhythm of Business activities
• Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends
