Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years people management experience
• 3+ years of leading cross-functional, high-ambiguity programs in tech organizations and delivering ML-powered or real-time systems at scale
• Solid ability to influence without authority and communicate across technical and executive audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of technical program managers, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
• Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, mediate conflicts, and facilitate resolution
• Lead complex technical programs across ad delivery, AI/ML systems, or real-time infrastructure
• Partner with PMs, engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to align technical direction with business goals
