Job Description

Microsoft Casual Games is seeking an Advertising Technology & Privacy Product Manager to drive impactful solutions at the intersection of privacy, addressability, and measurement within the advertising technology landscape.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 4+ years of experience in advertising technology, with knowledge of programmatic advertising, identity, and privacy
• 4+ years of experience in the advertising technology ecosystem, including key components such as ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and oRTB
• 4+ years of experience working with privacy policies and regulations such as GDPR, CPRA, COPPA, and ensuring compliance
• 4+ years of experience using network debugging tools and data visualization software and tools

Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and roadmap for privacy, identity, consent management, and ad tech hygiene
• Translate privacy regulations into actionable product and engineering requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally to launch ad tech capabilities with high execution quality
• Lead program operations including stakeholder coordination and structured rollout planning
• Define KPIs and success metrics across privacy, addressability, and hygiene features
