Job Description

The Natural Language Web (NLWeb) team at Microsoft is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead the development of cutting-edge solutions in an agentic world.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
• 4+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or React
• Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications
• Experience with version control, CI/CD, testing, and documentation tools such as Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps
• Ability to meet security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and document applications and services leveraging AI
• Ensure quality, reliability, security, and maintainability of applications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to a well-documented codebase
