Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure performance tuning and cloud-native solution design
• Deep understanding of cloud compute primitives and performance tuning at scale

Responsibilities

• Partner with Azure engineers and Bing platform leads to co-design custom server SKUs and infrastructure
• Profile and optimize Bing workloads for cost-effective cloud-native execution across compute, memory, and storage tiers
• Identify bottlenecks and collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance and reduce operational costs
• Apply deep technical insight to help drive decisions on virtualization, containerization, and orchestration at scale
• Evangelize architectural best practices for running large-scale workloads in public cloud environments
