As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Microsoft AI, you will work on managing high-stakes time-sensitive programs involving AI launches and language models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years experience in product/technical program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• 2 years of experience leading multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience in coordinating ML-powered products

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and execute end-to-end release management of large-scale AI experiments and launches
• Define and refine evaluations and best practices to maintain product quality
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and product stakeholders to align on goals
• Collaborate with analytics teams to define key success metrics and influence roadmaps based on data-driven insights
