Product Manager - Surface

Job Description

Microsoft Surface is seeking business strategy and product management leaders to drive critical projects and growth opportunities for their premium devices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• Experience with analytical problem-solving
• Experience driving complex multi-stakeholder processes and cross-team programs to desired results while managing risk
• Experience driving impact in Business Planning, Finance, Product Management, Product Marketing, and/or Management Consulting functions
• Must meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead critical business and product strategy projects
• Develop understanding of personal computing ecosystem and provide expert guidance
• Develop a clear assessment of Surface's product portfolio, strategic priorities, competitive position, and growth opportunities
• Create cross-functional alignment and generate energy as a leader
• Drive business impact across the organization and track execution of strategy
• Communicate project findings and recommendations to senior executives
