Member of Technical Staff - Mobile Engineering Manager

Job Description

Microsoft AI is seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to contribute to the development of the Copilot AI assistant and other consumer AI products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline AND 6 years technical engineering experience developing mobile applications for iOS or Android platforms
• Working knowledge of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and UI/UX principles
• 3 years of people management experience leading high-performing mobile engineering teams
• Experience in consumer mobile engineering, mobile platform, or growth mobile-oriented role

Responsibilities

• Care deeply about building outstanding consumer-grade mobile applications
• Ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on growth-related projects
• Work collaboratively with Designers, Product Managers, and AI Researchers to create amazing experiences
• Ensure the product evolves based on user feedback and market trends
• Own the technical roadmap for the mobile engineering team
