Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8 years experience in product management OR equivalent experience
• Experience leading product teams building consumer products
• Proven track record of executing high-impact growth experiments

Responsibilities

• Drive building world-class AI experiences that will delight consumers across Copilot
• Own a product area and be responsible for understanding user needs and behaviors, defining product requirements, managing end-to-end product development, launches, and iterations
• Find a path to get things done despite roadblocks and execute rapid experiments
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to build exceptional consumer-grade applications
