Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 1+ year(s) related experience OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Leads and defines significant aspects of the team's applied science strategy
• Select, develop and build metrics for search engine components
• Incorporate customer feedback into dataset construction and technique development
• Provide technical leadership and contribute to experimentation infrastructure
• Advance the quality of experimental code base
• Nurture collaborative relationships with program management, engineers, and other functions
• Set clear plans, documentation, and communication standards
