Security Customer Experience Engineer II

Job Description

Microsoft Security Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) Team is looking for a Security Customer Experience Engineer II to join the Security Care team to drive operational excellence and ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Data Analytics/Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), or related field
• 2+ years experience in technology industry, cloud, technical support, and/or customer experience engineering OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint - Anti Virus (AV), Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP) skills, EDR/XDR environments or similar
• 1+ years of project management experience
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Identifying and flagging defects/signals in the product or product misuse
• Engaging with customers and partners to understand issues and communicate progress
• Troubleshooting issues using diagnostics
• Implementing new features/tools to improve products
• Conducting health checks to ensure customer environment is optimized
• Providing guidance to customers on deploying solutions on Microsoft platforms
• Acting as a connecting point between engineering team and customers representatives
• Working with relevant product and business groups to resolve customer issues
