Senior Privacy Product Manager

Job Description

The Privacy Product Manager will work within the Microsoft AI organization to manage the strategy and execution of the privacy program, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• Practical experience creating and maintaining compliance programs and conducting privacy reviews
• 3+ years of experience demonstrating team and project management excellence in medium-large scale projects including managing a scope, schedule, and budget
• 3+ years demonstrated technical and/or feature program management

Responsibilities

• Be the privacy advisor to engineering teams
• Translate privacy regulations and standards into actionable requirements
• Create and execute privacy compliance plans
• Develop and maintain standards and policies for privacy compliance
• Help educate teams and drive compliance as a mindset across engineering and research teams
• Identify and drive privacy program improvements
