Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline AND 8+ years of technical engineering experience with coding in languages like C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
• 3+ years of experience in developing microservices and shipping at scale
• 3+ years of experience in management, leading a team of at least 8 people
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in design, development, and optimization of standardized frameworks and pipelines for data ingestion and consumption at high scale
• Ensure services and processes meet security, privacy, and accessibility standards
• Coordinate project and release plans with stakeholders, guiding resource management
• Lead data collection and analysis to refine products and make informed engineering decisions
• Integrate and review telemetry data to ensure system performance and reliability
• Work with various engineering teams
