Senior Technical Program Manager-Service Excellence

Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Service Excellence team at OPG, collaborating with various teams to advance strategic initiatives in COGS management, capacity planning, VMS, and cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• 4+ years working as a program manager with engineering teams
• Experience with data mining tools and large scale cloud services

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of planning and execution of product strategies aligned with FY26 COGS management goals
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Drive project tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement
• Prepare executive summaries, status updates, and presentations
• Coordinate across teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and deliverables
• Define specification for COGS and Revenue monitoring system, work in close collaboration with Engineering to help design, implement, test and validate the system
