Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of secure support experiences across the company's support platforms, defining the vision and strategy for security-enhanced tools used by customers and support engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience shipping global products and platforms
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Drive the security strategy and experience leveraging key insights to improve support experience for customers
• Execute product strategy for Microsoft Support experiences across multiple lines of businesses
• Engage with stakeholders across the company and influence priorities using data-driven approaches
