Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years people management experience

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the AI strategy, ensuring alignment with Mojang Studios’ overall objectives, priorities, and goals
• Work closely with engineering, data science, game design, and other teams to integrate AI solutions effectively
• Act as the main point of contact for AI initiatives, communicating progress, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders
