Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
• Extensive experience with user experience in an enterprise space
• Experience leading AI or Machine Learning initiatives is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand security customers and markets
• Drive strategic user experience clarity across product areas
• Develop UX strategy and build buy-in from cross-functional teams
• Translate strategic plans into work involving cross-team collaboration
• Partner with the UX team and product teams to deliver on coherence mission
• Develop clear requirements and work closely with software engineering team
• Mentor other Product Managers and scale influence across product strategy
