Senior Software Engineer-OneDrive and SharePoint

Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on OneDrive and SharePoint services, focusing on security and large-scale distributed architectures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including C++, C#, or Java OR equivalent experience
• Proficiency in coding, debugging, algorithm design, and problem-solving skills
• Ability and eagerness to work across and partner with multiple engineering teams to achieve business goals
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt new methodologies to our service

Responsibilities

• Determining user requirements for a scenario by collaborating with stakeholders
• Developing design documents, creating, implementing, optimizing, and debugging code
• Guiding other engineers, monitoring systems, and restoring services for simple and complex problems
