Job Description

Microsoft Azure Storage is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to work on Azure Blob Storage, pushing boundaries in distributed storage systems for AI applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field with 6+ years of technical engineering experience in languages such as C++, C#, Java, or Python
• 6+ years of experience in designing and developing products and services for large-scale distributed systems
• 6+ years of experience in cloud backend development with a focus on performance, reliability, resilience, and scale-out

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and operate highly resilient distributed storage solutions for global regions
• Lead strategic initiatives to enhance service efficiency, reliability, and performance
• Partner with stakeholders to align technical implementations with business objectives
• Transform complex problems into clear technical solutions through collaboration
