Job Description

Microsoft is seeking a Principal Machine Learning Engineer to join the Copilot Studio Applied Science and Research organization to develop cutting-edge AI technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years related experience OR Master's Degree in relevant field AND 6+ years related experience OR Doctorate in relevant field AND 5+ years related experience
• 6+ years experience in service development in a SaaS environment
• Ability to meet specialized security screenings such as Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure services in the Copilot Studio Runtime
• Develop technical strategy to maximize SLA for users interacting with agents
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver end-to-end scenarios
• Champion engineering best practices and partner with Data Science and AI experts
