Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience OR Master's Degree AND 4+ years related experience OR Doctorate AND 3+ years related experience OR equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a challenging technical problem domain
• 4+ years experience with shipping internet scale AI products
• 4+ years experience with customer/End-result/Metrics driven design and development
• Ability to meet specialized security screenings

Responsibilities

• Master a broad area of research and applicable techniques
• Serve as a team expert on industry trends and apply knowledge to influence product needs
• Review business and product requirements, incorporate research, and provide strategic direction
• Ensure scientific rigor, support method development, and apply expertise for business impact
• Identify and inspire peers and new research talent, build relationships, and advocate for research initiatives
• Share research findings through industry outreach, collaborate with the academic community, and help develop the recruiting pipeline
• Document work and experimentation results, share findings, and promote innovation
• Provide guidance on capturing processes and contribute to ethics and privacy policies
